Stuck on an island, missing a purchase, or something not quite right? Start here.
Please include “Tumble” in the subject, your level number, iPhone or iPad model, and iOS version. Don’t send your password or payment card details.
How to play
- Swipe across the tray in the direction you want the jelly drops to fall. Every drop moves together.
- Connect matching drops. Groups of three or more pop, making room for a cascade.
- Clear the tray before your tilts run out. Fewer moves earn a better result. Undo is free.
New mechanics arrive through short lessons as you progress. You can revisit the mechanics guide from Settings.
Coins, boosts, and lives
You earn coins by clearing puzzles. Optional coin packs can also be purchased through Apple. The shop shows your local price before you buy.

Lives also refill naturally, one every 20 minutes up to five. You never need to purchase a refill to wait for another life.
Common questions
My purchased coins haven’t appeared
Open the shop and choose Check unfinished purchases. Keep an internet connection and use the Apple Account that made the purchase. If Apple marks a purchase pending, coins arrive after Apple approves it.
If the issue continues, email us with the product name and approximate purchase time. For Apple billing or refund requests, visit Apple’s purchase support.
Can I move my progress to another device?
Tumble currently saves progress, coins, and lives on your device. There is no Tumble account or cloud sync. These balances cannot be restored after deleting or reinstalling the app, or transferred to another device. Check unfinished purchases only recovers transactions that haven’t finished; it does not restore spent or previously delivered coin packs.
The shop says a pack is unavailable
Check your internet connection and App Store account, then tap Retry App Store. Purchase restrictions or a temporarily unavailable product can also prevent a pack from appearing. Contact us if it persists.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Core puzzles work offline. Buying coins and checking unfinished purchases need an internet connection.
How do I change sounds or reduce motion?
Open Settings from the home screen or pause menu to adjust game feedback. Tumble also respects supported accessibility settings on your device.
The game isn’t responding
Close and reopen Tumble, then check for an app or iOS update. Avoid deleting the app as a troubleshooting step: doing so removes its local progress and wallet. If the issue continues, tell us what happened just before it started.
