Tumble is published by Julian Sainz Martinez under the Jelluna name. This policy covers the Tumble iOS app and this website.

Information in the app

Tumble does not require an app account. We do not operate advertising, tracking, or developer analytics in the app, and the app does not send your puzzle activity to our servers.

Your puzzle progress, settings, lives, and coin balance are saved on your device. They are not synced to a Jelluna account. Deleting the app removes this local data; we cannot restore it or transfer it between devices.

Purchases through Apple

Optional coin packs use Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple processes payment using your Apple Account. We do not receive your payment card details.

The app uses StoreKit transaction information to verify purchases and deliver coins. Transaction identifiers are saved locally to prevent a purchase being credited twice. Apple may provide us with sales reports and information for purchase support. Apple’s handling of your account and payments is described in Apple’s privacy policy.

When you contact us

If you email hello@jelluna.com, we receive your email address and any information you include. We use it to answer your request and resolve support issues. Please only send information needed to explain the problem.

Support messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any related obligations. You may ask us to delete correspondence by emailing the same address, subject to any retention required by law.

This website

This website has no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account system, or marketing cookies. Its hosting and network providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, may process technical connection information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. This website does not connect those visits to your in-game progress.

Sharing and security

We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers needed for website hosting, email, and Apple purchases, or disclosed when legally required. These providers may process information outside your country.

We limit support information to what is needed and use the protections offered by our service providers. No online service can promise absolute security.

Children

Tumble has no in-app chat, public profiles, or advertising. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through the app. A parent or guardian who has concerns about information sent to support can contact us.

Your choices and rights

You can remove local game information by deleting the app. This also removes your local coin wallet. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of personal information, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us to make a request about information we hold.
